Cancellation & No-Show Policy appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50%–70% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After a no-show or same-day cancellation, prepayment is required to rebook. For appointments made within 24 hours, at least 4 hours’ notice is needed to avoid fees. Cancellations within the 24-hour window can be submitted through the cancellation tab online. Please understand that late cancellations or missed appointments result in lost time that cannot be recovered or offered to another guest. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge for the appointment. All "No-Shows" will incur a 100% service charge for missed appointment. Cancellation fee: A fee can be charged to recoup lost revenue from late cancellations or no-shows. The fee can be a fixed amount of total price or a percentage of the service price, or a non-refundable deposit. There is a cancellation tab online if in that 48 hr window. Pls consider that the rescheduled time is taking time that someone else could have been in. That there's no way to regain the X amount of time so that the charged amount will be charged for missed appt and as well as new one scheduled.
